We hope you love your products, but we understand that sometimes you may need to make a return. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you return goods without their original packaging, tags or in a used state you will not be refunded for the goods. We are happy to return them to you at your own expense. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@arlosplace.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address for your items. You will be responsible for the costs of returning items. We advise you to use a tracked service as we will not be responsible for missing items.

Please note: Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
