PACKAGING
We care greatly about the planet and are trying to limit our footprint. All our postal packaging and tissue paper are made from recycled paper. We reuse as many boxes as possible so some parcels may be sent out in recycled boxes from returns or suppliers. Some of our larger items eg. Bikes & Baby Walkers are not double boxed. Our business hours are 9 am-6 pm, Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays. All orders placed after midday on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday or the next business day if Monday is a bank holiday.
Next Working Day Delivery - Orders need to be placed by 12 noon Monday-Friday. Orders for Next Day Delivery placed after 12 noon on Friday will be dispatched Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday).
